Coffee Table Book

Cover art: the Tree of Life with Pepper as its guardian, herb bundles in the branches, and apothecary jars, ginger, and peppers at the roots

The web edition is in the making

This is the home of a planetary apothecary — a coffee table book of two-page spreads: a full-page picture on one side, and on the other, words spoken straight to you, with the method, the lore, and the traditional uses of herbs from every corner of the Earth. No promises, no claims — tradition, craft, and one man's lived experience.

Inside, in time: a thorough herb encyclopedia searchable by herb and by traditional use; pickling, fermenting, infusions, and tinctures; a ginger bug and its sodas; honey mead; butter and cheese made at home; an anti-inflammatory table; and the old ways kept alive by being used.

The base Apothecary will be free to read — information is free. Print copies of the full coffee table edition will be available for sale for those who want the book itself on their table.
